LONDON - UK will send four Tornado aircraft unit again to support the NATO mission in Libya and complete 12 units operating similar aircraft that already exist in the North African country.

British Foreign Affairs Minister, Alistair Burt, said that the aircraft is equipped with surveillance equipment.

"It is important to enhance this capability," Burt said.

Earlier this week, NATO Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, asking all members of the crusader alliance was to provide additional aircraft under the pretext of protecting the people of Libya.

NATO claimed that the combat troops in Libya has done more than 5,000 air operations since March.

Meanwhile in Turkey, Arab diplomats and NATO met to discuss the advanced stages of their campaigns in Libya. U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, was among 15 international leaders gathered in Istanbul.

This is the fourth meeting of the Contact Group made ​​by Libya since last March.

Libyan conflict began with protests against the regime of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and turned into bloody battles between pro-government forces with opposition forces in the west and east of the country.
