Gaza hospitals are in critical condition

GAZA - Medical Centre in the Gaza Strip face a shortage of medicines to severe due to Israeli blockade for many years in the Gaza Strip.
Hamas Health Minister, Dr. Bassem Naem said 180 species of medicinal and 200 medical items, including basic needs such as syringes, have exhausted in Gaza.
Naem warned that the current situation becomes even worse due to the 22-day military aggression waged by the Zionist army during the 2008-2009 turn of the last. Massive military offensive has killed more than 1,400 Palestinians, most of them are women and children.
He stated that it "has experienced a humanitarian crisis continued for several years ... .. unlike previous medical crisis, which affects a number of selected patients, this time the crisis will affect the basic health care for all patients," as reported by Al Jazeera.
Al Mezan Center for Human Rights has indicated that medicines shortages in the Gaza Strip has reached 50 percent of the total supply of medicines in the Ministry of Health in the region.
