LONDON - British intelligence agency warned that Yemen was revealing only the most horrific threat to national security of Western countries along with the continued weakening of the power of Saleh, the Telegraph reported on Sunday (05/06/2011).
Intelligence agencies have concluded that political conditions are unstable Yemen will increase the existence of Al Qaeda.
"intelligence to be afraid,"said a government source yesterday. "It's worsening."
For 30 years, President Saleh has been supported by the West with money and assistance with security advisers.
The formation of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula in 2009, reports the Telegraph, came as a fundamental international terrorism and from that moment Al Qaeda's Yemen became the most active group carried out attacks against the West.
Western concerns became increasingly after word got out that Al Qaeda affiliates have taken the entire province of southern Yemen and political turmoil caused by hostile tribes in Yemen was also creating a perfect environment for 'terrorism' to grow.
