*Minimum Education & Certifications Required:*
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or other technical major
i.e. Engineering),
· 10+ years IT experience
· MCSE
*Experience & Skills Required:*
· Windows 2003/2008 Server environment (heavy on 2008)
· Expertise in performance tuning, with emphasis on registry
settings to support SQL, Web servers and applications servers
· Strong demonstrable knowledge of Active Directory & enterprise
management strategies, group polices etc;
· Fundamental knowledge of networking and protocols (Ethernet,
TCP/IP, packet routing, etc.);
· Knowledge of / ability to administer SCOM monitoring platform;
· Experience working with VMWare and/or Hyper-V
