Position
Description: Experience Level: 4 yr degree plus 5-7 yrs exp
*Responsibilities:*

Perform maintenance of asset/inventory
management tool information as
directed by established procedures
Provide support for data retrieval and
miscellaneous reporting,
researching and resolving routine to difficult
transactional and
technical issues; research for information Researching
and
responding to inquiries quickly, efficiently Troubleshoot discrepancies

between databases including inventory reconciliation between data
sources.
Works under general supervision and utilizes
independent judgment in
conducting analytical projects and
assignments Expertise and discretion are
required in providing
analysis and interpretation
*Experience:*
Strong
Knowledge of MS Excel and Access Associate degree or equivalent

Ability to find unique or creative solutions to difficult problems
Ability
to focus on "big picture" and make recommendations to
management about
strategic changes to improve service.
Experience
with Inventory Systems and Network Assets (knowing what a router

is) helpful
