*LOCATION: UNIVERSAL CITY, CA*

*Qualifications:*

Minimum of 4+ years experience developing accessible, intelligent and
fun-to-use interfaces for mobile and desktop web clients, with
standards-compliant code. - A high degree of competency with the following
tools are a prerequisite: CSS, JavaScript and HTML; Adobe Illustrator and
Photoshop; competency with Flash and Action Script. - Experience with PHP
and "Web 2.0" development (AJAX, jQuery, mootools, DOM manipulation, XML)
are also required. - Finally, this position requires great attention to
detail and joie de vivre.

*Desired Characteristics:* The candidate will be working with a CMS with
dynamic, media-rich content and an active userbase. An ideal candidate will
have experience in developing UI and experiences for such an environment.
Since the successful candidate will be required to work closely with the
editorial department, we are especially interested in a candidate with
experience in similar field

*Responsibilities:*

Designer works primarily to ensure that the interface of holamun2.com is
elegant and effective. Designer also works in a creative capacity, preparing
graphics for editorial and sales marketing purposes.

*Duties: -* Work both independently and as a team leader in order to create
an effective and elegant user interface - Create code and develop an overall
plan for improving the user experience - Produce graphics (from
illustrations to photo collages, from icons to short animations) for both
editorial and interface
