Location: CA (Need Local.. This is a face to face interview)

Term: 3-6 months

Rate: $42/hr.

• Experience working in a team environment, with strong written and oral
communication skills.
• 5+ years Experience building Intranet applications using a multi-layered,
object oriented architecture.
• Experience working with business PMs to help refine requirements and
design solutions to business needs.
• Expert knowledge of .NET libraries and ability to apply that knowledge to
VB.NET.
• Accomplish performance optimization in a product environment and
refactoring
• Microsoft SQL Server database design and development - solid understanding
of DB schema, structure, etc.
• Facilitate web client programming using HTML, Javascript, CSS, and
XML/XSLT.
• Perform enterprise server development in a distributed computing
environment, including database design and development
• Experience in ASP.NET/C# and VB.NET, LINQ, AJAX, XML, XSL, DHTML, CSS 3,
Javascript, Visual Studio.NET utilizing version 3.0 or above of the .NET
framework.
• Experience designing and implementing complex graphical user interfaces
for the web using best practices and design standards
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for Microsoft
SQL Server
• Strong understanding of Internet application security, optimization, best
practices and Internet protocols
• Understanding of multi-threading and parallelism
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies with minimal supervision
and a general passion for technology and programming

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with XAML.
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks
• Experience with SQL server reporting services
• Knowledge of .NET 3.0 and Visual Studio 2010 improvements
• Experience developing with Microsoft SharePoint
