LONDON - UK said it would buy the largest unmanned aircraft and art made by the Israeli regime, a number of media
reports.
Eitan system, also known as Heron TP, is the largest unmanned aircraft and manufactured the most advanced and began to perform the function of the Zionist operation since two years ago, British media reported.
Eitan drone wing spans as wide as the wings of the Boeing 737 and be on the air for about forty hours to carry out long-term missions at an altitude of 40 thousand feet, and capable of recording broadcast over a large area in real-time.
Israeli security sources and the UK have confirmed the issue in recent days. They stated that the Royal Air Force (RAF) has been considering buying a system Eitan, as Mantis, a drone project English-French joint venture, has been delayed and will not be operational before 2020.
There has been no formal request made by the Ministry of Defence, and for now just make the initial RAF and still consider the U.S. UAV drone and continued operation of a spy drone while waiting for Mantis.
Purchase of allegedly strong Israeli military system would trigger protests from some pro-Palestinian organizations.
If the RAF chose Eitan, then this plane will be the second Israeli UAV aircraft purchased by the British, after the Hermes 450, which was developed in Israel by Elbit and built in Britain in a joint project with Thales Company as part of a contract valued at NIS 4.7 billion.
Hermes 450 drone types are used to carry out reconnaissance missions over Afghanistan the country.
