Position Overview:
Client is building an innovative customer loyalty program that will keep
customers coming back to there websites to book all of their travel. The
Contact Center Technology team is

looking for a Developer to help develop the tools necessary to support this
Loyalty program. In this position, you will be on point to quickly build
functionality for customer support

agents to support one of Expedia’s most important new initiatives. If you
are a great engineer who loves to create some of the highest scale software
on the web, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:
Work with our Business, Program Management, Test and Operations to design,
develop and deliver a quality solution.
Work with development team to ramp up on current software platform
Lead project from development standpoint, including project timeline,
development status reporting and keeping other team members informed of
issues, risks and general status.

Qualifications:
*At least 5 years experience in a software development role, including all
phases of SDLC. *
*In depth knowledge of C++. *
*At least 3 years experience working with User Interfaces, or Web
applications (Web experience is a plus) *
*Experience working with an offshore team is a plus. *
*Experience working with Web Services a plus.*
