Consultants*
Location : Washington DC
Duration : 6 months
Job Description :
Key Skills:
- Strong technical experience with content management systems in general.
- Ideally with experience with Interwoven *Team Site*.
- Minimum 5 years of US experience.
Required Experience
- Senior Position: Content Management Life Cycle experience Autonomy /
Interwoven Team-Site product experience in a web environment
- Solid communication skills, team player, leader to interface with the
customer, and with HP PM and technical leadership
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with developing Content
Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to define system solutions in comprehensive,
quantitative, and qualitative terms to facilitate comparative analysis of
alternative system solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex project plans
Including work breakdown, resource estimates, activity planning, resource
scheduling, negotiation of deliverables, project administration, and status
reporting.
- Working knowledge of complex business information system development
and/or information technology tools, techniques, concepts and software
applicable to the site supported.
- Working knowledge of a defined, repeatable systems development
methodology.
- "Defined" means stated in a medium that can be either read or viewed or
both which even includes Multimedia.
- Must be able to coordinate the technical activities of others, and
perform and coordinate the technical and project management activities of
estimating and scheduling, planning work, advising others, and inspecting
and evaluating products in order to produce quality finished projects/tasks
in a timely manner.
- Must be able to communicate technical information to others, expressing
facts or ideas clearly, orally or in writing, when answering questions,
giving directions, and providing information, individually or in groups.
- Must be able to apply the knowledge of data processing systems to a
business application environment
Additional Skills Senior position:
- XML, Information Architecture, and content deployment experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with developing Content
Management Systems
- Actual team site work experience of at least 12 months
- Autonomy / Interwoven Team-Site product experience in a web environment
- JavaScript and XML skills
