MOSCOW-The U.S. diplomatic cable leaked site, Wikileaks, described the talks between President of Estonia, toomas Hendrik Ilves and Prime Minister, Andrus Ansip at the U.S. Embassy in Tallinn.
In that conversation, Ilves said that he tried to understand why the Russian rhetoric in the past months has increased the hostility with Estonia. He sees only one explanation for this is Russia's behavior is not irrational.
Ilves quoted the ambassador of one European Union country, whom he met in Moscow. Ilves told the Ambassador that Russia is a country that does not need economic assistance, but the mental help. Ilves believes that the Russian attacks against Estonia hostility should be addressed to the wise, do not react and remain calm.
In turn said Ansip pleased that President Ilves has become a man without a shadow of the Soviet, which grows in the U.S.. This allows to say that Estonia does not have to respond to Russia's talks.
