GAZA- Israeli navy war ship on Tuesday (19/07/2011) morning surrounded the ship Dignity of France, who was on his way to deliver humanitarian and medical aid to the Gaza Strip which has been blockaded by Israel.

Theship reached 50 miles off the coast of Gaza when it was intercepted by the Navy that requires all passengers to stand in clear view so they can be seen by the soldiers. The Navy also asked "whether the activist carrying a weapon on board".

Oneactivist said that the Navy ship carrying humanitarian aid and peace activists, and there are 13 activists in the vessel and three crew members. He also told the Navy that the ship intends to continue sailing to Gaza.

Knowing this, the Marine force Israel threatens to attack and go up the vessel if they do not obey the rules. Should, if permitted, the ship can go into Gaza in the afternoon.

Previouslythe vessel was docked at the Port of Alexandria in Egypt, and sailed into the Gaza final destination at around 7:30 this morning.

The activists hope they will be allowed to continue their journey to Gaza, and expressed concern about the violence will be conducted by the Israeli military.

Earlier,on May 31, 2010, Israel attacked the MV Marmara Turkey, which is part of the Freedom Flotilla, killing nine Turkish activists, including a U.S. citizen activist Turkey.

An investigation conducted by the Turkish government related to the Israeli attack last year, led to results released two weeks ago. The investigation revealed that nine people were killed by a bullet fired at close range 30, with five men were killed with shots to the head.

Americanswho died aged 19, Furqan Dogan, was killed by five bullets fired into his face at a distance of 45 cm, to the back of the head, legs and back.

Organizingthe flotilla issued a press release that confirms the dangers of their journey to Gaza is by peaceful means without violence, and the only purpose is to break the illegal siege of Israel and to deliver medical supplies and humanitarian assistance are urgently needed.

Meanwhile, the Spanish ship, Gernika, which is one part of the Freedom Flotilla, which is held in the Port Kolymvari, Greece, for two weeks, finally permitted by the Greek authorities to sail back to Spain but remains banned from sailing to Gaza.

Activist Spain, Miguel Tapial said that preventing the fleet to sail to Gaza, has been tercampuri by Israel's illegal policy of the United American Quartet, the United Nations, Russia and the EU to the Spanish Government.

The activists were at the Embassy of Spain in Athens, Greece since July 5, 2011. Some activists on a hunger strike in an attempt to pressure the Spanish government to pressure the Greek authorities to allow Gernika sailing to the blockaded Gaza Israel.

Although the fleet is unlikely to reach Gaza, the fleet is still considered a success by its supporters because their actions had "raised awareness of the international community about the precarious situation faced by Palestinian residents living in the Gaza Strip," according to the Palestine News Network.

Activists say the freedom to Gaza blockade ship is bound by the Greek authorities against international law and the Schengen agreement, the agreement signed by Greece and Spain in 1985.

The ship was carrying 2,000 tons of humanitarian aid, mainly medical, and educational materials to rebuild Gaza. Fleet Freedom is meant to break the Israeli blockade of Gaza, which has prevented humanitarian goods into Gaza since June 200
