We have an excellent position for* Application Support Analyst - FX & Fixed
Income in NYC. *This is for* 6-12+ Months Contract *position.

*Description:*

· Participation to support/hotline activities

· Handling phone calls and manage users' requests

· Give help and train users on supported applications

· Guarantee systems availability (morning & evening checklist/
management of incidents /Monitoring) and insure monitoring of global systems

· Use a call tracking tool to clearly record activities

· Keep up-to-date the functional & technical documentation

· Deploy applications :Installation and configuration of
applications when needed in coordination with global teams.

· Follow the roll out of applications on the FX and FI electronic
markets platforms

*Minimum Requirements: *

· Application Support The development of the global FX & Fixed
Income platform for Market Making and Dealer to Customer markets is crucial
for business.

· Knowledge of specifics of FX markets is mandatory

· 4 years of experience on the FX business.
